- Built an AI clinical scribe: in-browser audio into Gemini speech-to-text with an editable, auto-filled prescription form.
- Shipped telemedicine & check-in: Agora video calls, appointment booking, QR self-registration, and face-recognition check-in.
- Refactored RLS & app-wide RBAC: a permission registry, 30+ route guards, and a Roles & Permissions admin UI.
- Migrated core screens to TanStack Query, making tab switches and filters feel instant instead of refetch-on-click.
